Our legal department – led by Me Daniel Ferrier, a licensed lawyer specialising in tenancy law with over 20 years of experience – uses its expertise internally and handles all disputes as from the moment formal notice is issued.
Insurance
Our GRANGE Management team can count on the support of our Insurance department, which handles all tender offers relating to insurance policies and is key in liaising with insurance departments after a loss event.
Accounting
Accounting is core to the property management business. We are fortunate to be able to rely on a department of 10 devoted professionals and a long history of real estate accounting.
HR & Concierge Management
Our HR and Concierge Management department is comprised of 3 specialists working for our 100 employees and nearly 200 concierges under management, affording special care to their well-being and the standards in force that change every year.
