Our Condominium management service handles a wide variety of property types for our clients in Geneva and French-speaking Switzerland. From clusters of village townhouses to large industrial co-ownerships or PPE (condominium properties), we provide expert guidance and comprehensive solutions.

We take care of everything: drafting co-ownership regulations, organizing General Assemblies, maintaining common areas, managing budgets, overseeing projects, and ensuring building maintenance. Every aspect is expertly managed with an efficient approach that prioritizes the needs of all stakeholders.

A range of skills

Our Co-ownership management team can draw on the experience of around ten employees, and on a multitude of support departments – Legal, Accounting, Insurance, Communication & Marketing, HR & Concierge Management, and our Major Works & Energy department. The complementarity of our departments allows us to provide our clients with full control over their real estate portfolio.

A single point of contact

At GRANGE Immobilier, every client is put in contact with a portfolio manager as their preferred point of contact for as long as our mandate lasts. Each portfolio is also monitored by a company Partner with whom you will have regular opportunities to discuss the management of your portfolio.

Close technical supervision

A well maintained property is a property whose technical needs have been anticipated. We assign a property technician to your portfolio for the duration of our mandate so that they may prevent and act in time and in anticipation of any technical issues. Thanks to the support of our Major Works & Energy department, your property’s maintenance is considered as a whole by taking account of structural, envelope and energy issues.

Close proximity with the Management Committee

We attach special importance to maintaining a privileged relationship with the Management Committee of each co-ownership. For us, it is vital that we establish constant dialogue between the manager of the co-ownership and the Management Committee so as to avoid any bad surprises and, especially, to jointly anticipate co-owners’ needs.

Careful organisation of General Meetings

Ordinary General Meetings are the time of the year when many decisions are made. It is essential that their content and agenda are carefully prepared. We pride ourselves on ensuring that all co-owners are informed of topics concerning them prior to meetings. A co-ownership is managed all year round, and not only once every twelve months.
