Withdrawal*

Once my application is submitted and accepted by the landlord, I agree to pay an indemnity in the event of withdrawal, equivalent to 1% of the annual rent excluding VAT for the property I applied for, but at least CHF 200 excluding VAT, subject to additional damage to the landlord, for example in the form of loss of rental income.
